"A naïve young poet (Ewan McGregor) falls in love with a cabaret star (Nicole Kidman), and their ill-fated romance serves as a convenient peg on which to hang a dazzling array of songs, from snatches of Rodgers and Hammerstein's "The Sound of Music" to Madonna's "Like a Virgin." But the real star is director Baz Luhrmann, who came up with this infectious concoction that won two Oscars for art direction and costume design as well as six other nods."

"I talk about one of my favourite film, Moulin Rouge!
The film's kind are drama, romance and musical.
Moulin Rouge have two main characters, one man, Christian (Ewan McGregor)and a women, Satine ( Nicole Kidman).
The movie is set in France.
The film talk about a romantic history about a writter and a prostitute.The writter went to France and one day met a your neighbours. And together went to Moulin Rouge. And Christian was fall love to Satin. Finally Christian and Satin split up, but the boss of Moulin Rouge saing a contract wiht real Duke and the contract said Satin will marry wiht the Duke.
At the end of the film Satin died and Christian writte them history.
The film don't have a special effects!
I recommend you watch this film! If you like romantic's films you watch it!
