Synopsis: "After a multiyear hiatus from Metropolis, Superman (played by Brandon Routh and Stephan Bender) returns to find a city that's managed to survive without him, an old flame (Kate Bosworth) who's moved on and an old enemy (Kevin Spacey) who wants him destroyed. Parker Posey, Eva Marie Saint, Peta Wilson and Marlon Brando (through the magic of archival footage) co-star in this long-awaited installment of the superhero saga." "Superman Returns"" This movie was so stupid!! I waited so long to see this movie, and no, I was not pleased at all. O.K., so the first few minutes are awesome, eith the plane and all, but the rest is boring and lame. Superman is totally immoral, and he's a dadgum peeping tom! Lois Lane is living with a dude, and her son is actually Superman's son! Ahhhhhh! How dumb is that? And after that it gets even stupider! He was gone for five years at first to see if any survivors of his home planet are still alive! Naw, Superman! Your people have been floating out in space without a ship and air for five years. Yeah, O.K. Oh, yeah! Superman ends up having to get saved by Lois Lane, instead of the other way around. So, if you like stupid boring movies, go ahead and see this long movie. (But I wouldn't recommend it!)" by frodo on Thu May 17th, 2007 2 Comments | Reply | Report |
