"Disturbia"

"When this movie first came out I really did not have any interest in seeing it due to the fact that I did not care for the kid in the lead role. I avoided it even though every one who saw it said that it was a good movie. I finally watched it the other day because now I like Shia Labeouf as an actor after seeing him in Eagle Eye and Transformers. This was an amazing film, I could not believe that it could be as good as it was. From the opening scene to the tension filled ending I was hooked. This kid Shia is on his way to being an actor every director wants in their movies.

The movie is about a kid named Kale(Shia Labeouf) who is confined to house arrest after punching a teacher during class. He has anger issues due to the fact that he blames himself for his father's death at the beginning of the film. So now he can't go 100 feet from a device that controls he ankle bracelet he has on or the cops will come a lock him away. Now that he can't leave the house and his mother(Carrie Ann Moss) took away his X-Box and internet he decides to spend his time spying on the neighbors. After several weeks of doing that he comes to befriend the girl who recently moved in next door and not too long after that they begin to suspect that one of the neighbors is a serial killer that moved there from Texas a few years ago. Now this is when the film intensifies and if you weren't at the edge of your seat already you will be.

How everything concludes is great. I can't believe that it was such a good movie. If you love suspense thrillers or you just so happen to love Shia Labeouf than this film would be something that you could enoy."

""Such a lonely day, and its mine"

A great suspense movie! one of the best i have ever seen. From the first scene to the very end of the movie it will have you laughing or tensing up or being somewhere in between. I saw this twice in the theater because i liked it so much. and i am even watching it right now! This movie has humor very similar to Transformers, but then again... its the same actor. Also, some great music by System Of A Down, Some hot chicks, Mischevious little children, Crazy maniac, Loss, And suspense. and for a PG-13 movie its fairly scary. i reccomend renting this first and then deciding if you want to buy it or not. some people have told me that it was only good for watching ounce but its not good enough to re-watch. But, i wouldn't mind watching this like 5 times in a row before i got bored of the coolness, suspensfullness, and funnyness of this movie. I reccomend to all. "

"Disturbia was a really good movie. The car crash in the film was one of the most realistic things I have seen on the big screen. It was great how the entire movie kept getting more, and more suspensfull as it went. The only thing I didn't like about the movie was I thought it ended really quickly. Sure it was creepy when they found all the dead bodies in the house, but a couple of hits and he's dead? Maybe the bad guy could have even gotten away, but, thats just my opinion:) Watch the movie and see what you think for yourself."
