Synopsis:
"Based on a story by M. Night Shyamaian and directed by the brothers Dowdle (Quarantine helmers Drew and John Eric), this edgy thriller is set in an elevator, where a group of passengers are trapped with none other than the king of the underworld. Luckily for them, a homicide detective (Chris Messina) is on board. Not so luckily: the cop has issues of his own, including a not-so-long-ago-kicked addiction to alcohol."

"Excellent Movie"

"This was one of the most entertaining movie I've ever seen. The cast was great, screenplay was outstanding and it isn't at all religious. With the title 'Devil' I thought it would be religious. But it wasn't."

"Now this is suspense done right. With a fine cast and screenplay."

"No spoilers here. An elevator breaks down and some weird things happen. Excellent and I cannot usually stand M. Night movies."

"Get this one on Bootleg - if you're smart."

"I suppose after the flops with Lady in the Water, The Happening, The HUGE FLOP with The Last Airbender - M. Night Shyamalan is trying to be that ONE writer/moviemaker - who just all out sucks. This movie played out like a typical day when the Devil/Satan/Lucifer, whatever you prefer - just has nothing else to do but pick with 5 idiots stuck on an elevator. Im not the type to walk out of a movie, and thank the movie-God's that I didn't pay to see this one, someone else did but - word of advice M.Night, you keep this up and people will FINALLY start to realize that you're just not worthy of keeping around in the movie arena. Join the SciFi channel - write for them, or better yet - Join Al Qeada - I'm sure with them your movies might get some props - but please stop dooping movie goers -"
