"After awakening from a coma, police officer Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) learns that a plague has transformed most of mankind into ravenous zombies. Against all odds, he desperately searches for his family and sets out to deliver them and other survivors to safety. Based on the comic books by Robert Kirkman and Tony Moore, the series co-stars Steven Yeun as an expert scavenger and Sarah Wayne Callies as Rick's wife."

"The Walking Dead is a great show. I cannot stop watching it. Th reason that this show is so great is that it isn't as much about the zombie killing and zombie kill of the week. It is about the people and the phycological effect of the zombie infested world. And a majority of the episodes have little to no killing at all."

"If you aren't on the Walking Dead bandwagon, get on it! Start at season 1 and by the time the second season resumes in February you will be caught up and let me tell you that episode 7 of season two had by far one of the most incredible endings in tv history, weather or not you see it coming is not the point, the moment is beyond words what you're going to see."
