"Weird storyline"

"It was a very good movie but it has too many weird situations like when I was watching the movie with my classmates and the movie ended we were like: ''WTF the movie just started?!''

And it doesn't show the whole storyline from the beginning but it starts somewhere in the middle of the story when the third person gets killed."

"BEST Movie I've Seen This Year!"

"Don't miss out on this action-packed movie! It's by far the best I've seen this year!!! I'm a 39-year old Mom, just to give you an idea of who's giving this review. The movie kept me interested the entire time. Very creative story with a great ending to boot. A must see!"

"Pretty good!"

"I really enjoyed watching "I am number 4". I thought it was very good and had a little bit of drama mixed in with the action. It's a very cool idea though. However, I think this movie is a spoof of the "Daniel X" books by James Patterson. The idea is the same only backwards, as Daniel X is the hunter in the books, while the character in this film, "John Smith", is the hunted.

One thing I did not like about this movie is the ending. I hope there is a sequel to this film, because the ending left a lot of questions unanswered, and I think they could have done a bit more with the movie. Other then that, I really liked this movie!"

"good....but missing something"

"The movie is definitely a good movie, I felt as though it missed something....

it started badly and was spoilt for me because it was too dark during the first 5mins,in which I couldn't actually see anything at all.

However livened up a little when the main star John took his place and the movie started to form.

after a couple of unnecessary scenes and an irrelevant love triangle of the girl interest the background was introduced. and the sci-fi fans was finally relieved to learn the backdrop of this story.

the end left the audience yearning to follow their adventure. I know this movie will result in at the very least a trilogy.

I would give this movie a 7.5 out of 10 but as I am reduced to 5 I will give it four!!!"

"Should be number 1"

"I am Number 4 starts off deep in a jungle with "number 3" being chased down by the Mogadorians. During the chase we get a slight hint of what the Garde are capable of.

The rest of the story follows number 4, or "John Smith". The name his protector Henri gives him as his new fake identity to use when they arrive in Paradise, Ohio. His first day in school John meets Sarah who he instantly falls for. Just when John thinks he might get to call Paradise home, his powers begin to develop and causes him to attract the attention of the Mogadorians. Instead of running as they have in the past John decides to put up a stand against them. And luckily number 6 finds him and helps in his fight against the Mogadorians.

Overall the movie is great. Great acting, good story, and plenty of action to keep you on your seat. And because of how well the first is I bet the next few will only be better."
