Part 1 showed us more health code violations than gore.Part 2 is the best of the trilogy where our evil cookie goes to a horror movie that may be dumber than this. NOW we get to part 3 which starts at a high security institution with what would appear to be actually very low on security.For some reason there is a time machine also unguarded and Ginger just happens to know how to use it.The setup gives way more promise than the movie lives up to.It is mderately fun but seems thrown together at times.
