Green Lantern is a classic superhero who many of us know. He isn't as popular as Batman or Superman, which may have been why this movie wasn't so spectacular. This movie isn't too bad for watching once or twice, but viewers should not have high expectations when watching this film.
The story line was acceptable, but could of used more plot twists and suspenseful moments. In other words, it was too straight forward. Also, the main villian of the movie wasn't too convincing. While the enemy of the story was dark and threatening, he didn't make much of an imprint on the story.
I also wouldn't have chosen Ryan Renyolds as the leader actor. While he may a good actor comedy wise, I didn't find him compelling enough to be a super hero. The love story was also unconvincing to me as well.
Its an okay movie if people want to see the Green Lantern as a live hero, but overall wasn't a great movie.
This movie had so much potential, and although i enjoyed it while it lasted, i couldnt help but think that actually this particular DC movie was aimed at a younger audience. With limited sexy girl scenes, bad humour and a short storyline this was unfortunatly a dissapointment.
