Mulberry Street (2006)
A mysterious virus, carried by mutant rats, creates pandemonium in New York City in which rat-bite victims turn into homicidal rat-mutants. This movie centers on six tenants of a small apartment complex on the Lower East Side Mulberry Street as they fight to survive the night against the rats and rapidly multiplying cannibal mutants.

When watching this movie i realy wasnt expecting anything more than a pass of time, but the more i got into it.. the more attracted i became. It was your average zombie flick with its own unique twist that even though seemed dumb at first became very interesting. Over-all it was an excellent movie that kept me interested as well as on the edge of my seat.
