This movie did not meet up to its potential. In the first part she never has to reload, and does not even attempt to hold her weapons in any realistic fashion. I did not like the idea of clones because it made it seem like they did not even matter and did not hold any part in the movie after the first part of the movie even though the third movie in the series led up to that point where she finds them making you believe that they would actually make a big difference. *spoiler* And I believe they could have chosen a better attitude for Wesker. He did look like him but did not make him out to be the bad-ass he really is in the game series. Although they way they defeat him is humorous it should have had a more dramatic battle. I hated the fact that Alice was the one to finish him but I suppose that it is only fitting since she is the main character for the movie series. I do not believe that the makers of the movie series should incorporate any more "game characters" into their movies. The ending was absolutely horrible. It was like watching half a movie. It was trying to have a cliff-hanger ending but instead led to a major disappointment.
This one starts out like The Matrix 4 - or what it might have looked like, had the Wochowski Brothers (forgive me for the wrong spelling) actually put out a fourth title...but they were smart. They got us with the first one, had us melting with Reloaded and brought it all home in the 3rd installment... So Why oh why are people STILL trying to do what they perfected. Let's look at the first 2 Resident Evil movies. They were about what the title is about - SURVIVING a zombie onslaught. This was something they threw together following the hugely successful Resident Evil 5 video game, and tried to get something going. Im sure they made their money - and the 3D part they could have kept along with the storyline. This one, I walked out on too. It just made NO sense whatsoever. Hopefully the next video game will be a step-up because THIS MOVIE SUCKED. I was bored with it and that's a first for ANY R-E title.
Without meaning, no connection. A sequel lost in the thin line between ridiculous and grotesque. That can define this movie.
Impress. That seems to be the authoritative point of this film, but was it successful? ... the answer is a very unfortunate NO. A complete dissapointment became this film. Obvously, the recomendation is nt waste ur time seeing it...
Ok so the movie opens up like the trailers, it starts by showing the origanal infected biting and spreading the infection. The 3-d in the movie has its moments where its really cool, but its not like avatar. They still try to freak you out by having it shot, or jabbed right in ur face.
Now back to the movie, so the first major fight scence has like hundreds of umberella fighters confornt her and she never gets shots and or never runs outta ammo. She never reloads and never even tries to fake it. At some point in time I thought a sign or Reload voice would come up.
