The Funniest movie i have seen to date!

Four guys in Lasvegas for a stag-do. When i heard peoples comments saying that it was so funny! im not going to lie i thought surely it wasn't that good. however, i was completley wrong it lived up and beyond it expectations for me. Zach Galifianakis who played 'Alan' was great he played the character that just everyone and anyone is just going to find hilarious. Seriously if you have not seen 'The Hangover' you need to see it because this is one film you are going to love. with a plot of guys on a stag in Lasvegas with alcohol you can just tell the movie is going to be great. but dont just think its a film thats not well directed and its just plainley funny its also just a really good plot. well done to the whole team who put this together and of course the excellent cast.

No Words To Describe...

As a critic it is my job to criticize the finer points of a movie however, in this instance i can do no such thing. This entire movie was a non-stop concoction of hilarious joke and visuals. I loved it and am anxious yet optimistic, and can't wait to see what the cast brings to the table in the sequel.

What Happens In Vegas, Stays In Vegas....

This movie was definetely one of the funniest movies of the year. I thought that Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis, Bradley Cooper, and Justin Bartha all brought unique personalities that when put together it was a great combination. Helms and Galifianakis really stood out to me as the main source of humor but all the guys contributed their own style of humor during the movie, which makes this comedy easy to relate to for most people.

The story itself is amusing and enjoyable as the entire time youre trying to figure out where Doug is, and also what the hell these guys got themselves into during a drunken night of partying. It was funny as small pieces of their night were revealed and you just had no idea of what to expect next. I think the pictures at the end of the movie offer a little insight.

Overall I think this is a good movie, and I would recommend it.

I was a little bit eclectic about watching this movie. I wasn't sure if it was one of those movies that normally show all their funny scenes on their trailer, and the rest of the movie is just as bored as it can be. Well, after reading some comments and reviews prior to the premier and watching several extra video trailers and scenes, I definitely felt motivated to go and watch this movie.

Well, after watching this movie not once, but twice! I definitely consider this movie the funniest movie so far in 2009. The actors, the funny situations, the whole plot offered such a great entertainment and extremely funny time at the movie theater. For those who haven't been convinced by the movie trailers and promotion thinking that it might be a boring movie, I definitely recommend you to give it a shot and watch it, you won't regret it at all! I can wait until I get to watch this movie again at home!

I don't often give out five stars but the Hangover really deserved it. The Hangover was a non stop laughing comedy. When I went to see it I thought it wasn't going to be that good but now I think it might be in my top 5 movies of all time. I also think that The Hangover could be the best movie of 2009. It takes a lot for me to put a movie in my top five but The Hangover was simply amazing and outstanding. I fell off my seat laughing multiple times. This by far is the best movie that Ed Helms has ever been in. In conclusion
movie mike gives The Hangover five stars.

The Hangover

Four friends head to Vegas for a bachelor party before one of the buddies has a wedding. After a wild night, they can't remember anything. Eventhough there is evidence of a good time throughout the hotel room, they soon realize that the groom is missing. The three must retrace their steps to find him and get him back to his wedding on time.

Funny funny funny! The writers really do a great job with the script. Almost every comedic line throughout the entire film had me laughing out loud. There have been great lines in comedies that people have recited over the years. Of course I'm referring to movies like "Airplane" and even the more modern "American Pie." In "The Hangover" there are at least a dozen of those lines that audiences will be reciting for years to come.

The cast adds even more laughs to the film. Everyone has perfect comedic timing and Zach Galafanakis makes his charecter original as he plays a guy named Alan. His walk, his voice, and facial expressions help make his charecter his own.

Towards the end of the film, the story looses its humor. The final scene feels forced and seemed like an excuse to give the movie a happy ending. There could've been more to the way the film was resolved instead of just a happy wedding scene.

But the film isn't meant to be perfect. It's meant to be absolutely hilarious and thats exactly what it is. The story is told in a way that leaves the audience wanting to find out what happens. This was a smart move on the director's part because it adds a real mytery feel to the film which I love. "The Hangover" is the best comedy of the year so far and is definately worth seeing.
