The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001)
Young hobbit Frodo Baggins, after inheriting a mysterious ring from his uncle Bilbo, must leave his home in order to keep it from falling into the hands of its evil creator. Along the way, a fellowship is formed to protect the ringbearer and make sure that the ring arrives at its final destination: Mt. Doom, the only place where it can be destroyed.
Lord of The Rings: The Fellowship of The Ring follows a young hobbit, Frodo Baggins, on his quest to deliver Middle Earth from the threat of empinding war by destroying "The Ring to Rule All." Saron, the evil soul bound to the Ring, has become an all-seeing eye that's one purpose is to return the ring to its rightful owner: Him. The movie ends with the fellowship being separated from Frodo and his bestfriend Samwise who refused to leave Frodo to finish the quest on his own. Losing one member of the Fellowship was devastating to all, but the quest is not yet over. The rest of the quest will pick up in the next two movies, but overall, this movie is filled with epic battles, heartwrenching battles of friendship over evil, and the quest that will lead good to triumph over the evil that is The Ring. WATCH IT!!!
