While attending a party at James Franco's house, Seth Rogen, Jay Baruchel and many other celebrities are faced with the apocalypse.

So it's the end of the world and a bunch of celebrities who play themselves are stuck at James Franco's house. The whole movie pretty much takes place at James Franco's house which got a little old by the end of the film. It would have been a lot better if they would have wandered around Los Angeles trying to avoid being killed. The acting was good but it really wasn't funny. For a comedy it was a little bit of a disappointment. The part with James Franco banging Lindsey Lohan and her calling him Jake Gyllanhal while they're having sex was pretty funny but that's about the only good comedy aspect of the film. It's a shame how James Franco goes out! I did like his idea of Pineapple Express 2 though. The ending should have been a lot better. I would have liked if they would have left it open for a sequel. But seriously the Backstreet Boys? Come on! 6/10
I won't ruin the movie for you guys, but it is Seth Rogen and Jonah Hill doing what they do best, they make the movie funny.
Everyone in the theater will be laughing in all the right places, it has restored faith in laugh out loud, stupid, vulgar and downright disgusting hilarity.
I give it 3 stars, it's nothing special, but it's perfect if you want stupid comedy for when you want to give your brain a bit of a wind down.
As far as comedies go, this movie does it right. The story is interesting and ridiculous, allowing for hilarious banter between the stacked cast and countless quotable jokes. You cant help but laugh at how vulgar and silly these guys can be, and going to the movie theater to share these laughs with everyone else was definitely worth it.
I won't spoil the movie for you but Seth Rogen has mastered the ability to ride the fine line between extremely vulgar and outrageously hilarious. Not everyone is going to like this movie. In fact I'm sure many will outright hate it. Everyone in the theater was laughing the whole way through the movie. Well.. except for those that left during the movie.
