I have read all the Twilight series and loved them. I wanted to keep my expectations down when the adaptation to movie came out; we all know that movies are never as good as the books. The books allow us to use our imagination with characters and the elements that make it important to us as individuals. I can honestly say that I loved the movie. I have seen it several times and each time I loved it more. I thought the cast was great. Rob and Kristen portrayed Edward and Bella perfectly, as did the entire cast. Rob especially brought his character of Edward to life so well that you felt his awkwardness and confusion as you did in the book, he was so torn between his vial instinct to kill and his love for Bella. Sure there were elements that could have been better, however overall I thought they did a good job. I think the movie as in the book is a wonderful love story that allows us to remember the awkwardness and complications of your first love.

Great review! I completely agree! You picked up key elements in the movie that i don't think a lot of people got- and that was the situation that Edward goes through. And i completely agree that Robert Pattinson was a genius pick for Edward- not only is he as gorgeous of a man as they depict in the book, but he also provides his character with so much emotion, passion, and humor. I thought Kristen Stewart was great as Bella, as well. I have only started the books, so i only have a glimpse into this whole "Twilight" phenomenon. However, i can now say that i am OFFICIALLY a mad Twilight fan, because i loved the movie so much. It's suspenseful, beautiful, romantic, and luscious. I'm definitely going to see it again.
