Name: Debadutta Lenka
Not an inspiring movie and i still dont realize why the movie was actually made.Neither it has some historical relevance nor does it has some heart stopping sequences. It purely takes inspiration from Gladiator and Ben Hur movies to redesign its action sequences.Emily Browning has turned to be an eye candy with not much of strong performance. Terribly misplanned and mismanaged action sequences. Not worth watching rather put the cash inside your wallet and wait for 300 : Rise of the Empire.
Till Then keep watching MOvies :P
Anyone who enters the movie hall with a predefined mindset of the famed Scorsese films , he/she will have dissapointment. Apart from the over usage of famed F word , it was filled with overacting and over obscenity with no particular reason. I regard Leo as a great actor and he has indeed put up a great performance. But as the movie goes on , u will strings of overacting performance. The second half and particularly towards the end as the pile of mess rises , Leo and rest of the star cast puts a good performance. But on a overall scale , its not upto the mark. I swear on Martin Scorsese movies . His gangster, dark and mafia themed movies are among the best ones i have ever seen. But for some reason , i do not why he tried himself in the corporate world , which is actually different for him. His recent past movies have all been different . Be it Aviator , Shutter Island , Hugo and now the Wolf of Wall Street.
After seeing the movie , i cannot recall any memorable scenes apart from Margot Robbie's beauty.Kyle Chandler screen presence though can be regarded as reticent but has been the most effective and impressive of all starcast.
The movie i believe has deviated from the fundamental reason on why Jordan Belfort failed in Wall Street. It was rather too much focus on SEX , DRUGS , OVER AGGRESION and F words. They totally deviate from the core plot.
All i sum up..Its not worth watching until and unless u are a really lazy person and unmatchable patience to bear 3 hr Douchebag .
Well for the starters..the movie has to credited on being different from other Super heroes Sequels. The movies has elements of humor and laughs which necessarily cannot be found in most of action heroes movies as i recollect. Anybody adoring director Christopher Nolan wont be exactly finding the movie so interesting if they visualize from the perspective of the Dark Knight series.
The visual effects are good if not " blow you away ". Natalie Portman is ravishing as usual but has a more of eye candy presence. Chris Hemsworth has improved as an actor and that be substantiated if u compare him with other performance. The X- factor of the movie i believe is Tom Hiddleston. He is a gem of actor and but is yet to shine. Even though Chris Hemsworth character is the main protagonist but people will talk about Loki as step out of Exit . His brilliance is personified in an intriguing way and i would love to keep it within wraps.
Beautifully crafted are the humour shots...and i believe anybody reading my comments wont disagree on agreeing to it.
