Let me start off by saying, if you want a good story-line, Salt is not for you. If, however, you want an action packed, cliff-hanging adventure, you will love this movie.
Angelina truly rocks the seductive, mysterious spy, and whilst we will never see her in a Rom-Com, she is bloody amazing at what she does.
I was hanging on my seat the whole way through this movie, completely engrossed in the action. There are amazing stunts, and unpredictable twist galore, and I honestly loved it.
A must-see for any action lovers.
The book was amazing, but the film didn't quite live up to its high standards. Saoirse Ronan (pronounced Sair(like fair)-sha) was okay, if a bit drab at times, and Susan Sarandon was not very believable. The rest of the cast really brought it alive, the family Susie Salmon left behind played grief superbly.
Stanley Tucci gave me chills as the incredible George Harvey, he was a little out of his comfort zone, and he proved himself as a serious actor.
Ellen Page is amazing, as always, and has brought to life another beautiful indie film. Marcia Gay Harden makes a wonderful pushy mother, and Drew Barrymore has really done herself proud with her directing.
An inspiring film about finding yourself, despite everything, and a complete must-see
This movie is proof that adults see into things more than children. As the toddlers were giggling and laughing away, i was near crying and couldn't look at the screen. Some of the characters were so scary, and admittedly this might be an unpopular opinion, but just be warned.
