rented this at redbox 2/20/10. I thought it was a Chris Rock comedy to watch with the kids. Very little entertainment value but interesting to learn about Black womans hair mysteries revealed. The Kids HATED it... but for a dollar... I learned something new. Pass on this one unless you need to know about the secrets of black women's hair relaxers and weaves.
scientific explanations given by Sherlock Homes may be over the average movie goers head. Robert Downy JR acting was very good. good character development. Plot was predictable and far fetched. draw back of film was wordy explanations of detective conclusions.2/8/10
plot was very confusing,many scenes were left hanging with no meaning. no continuity to the plot. Main characters are poorly developed, with audience never connecting with the characters. Complete waste of Leonarado DiCaprio's talents on this movie.Ending left the audience hanging with no understanding of what was real and what was imaginary.2/23/10
