Harry Potter Order of the Phoenix

Well, I got in to a pre-screening on Monday night and sat with all the media and lucky fans that won tickets. But I was having to deal with "security" to hold on to my cell phone for the movie, and then having to deal with "security" to return my cell phone after the movie - for fear that I would actually somehow copy the movie on to my cell phone? Anyway, that was completely annoying and took 20 minutes before the movie and 30 minutes after the movie. I want my 50 minutes back ! It ruined the evening.

The movie was OK, but not great. I am not going to reveal plot lines, or spoliers, not that you couldn't work out the Harry Potter formula by now; Harry has a crappy summer with his weird people that he stays with, then gets into a tussel with a muggle, goes back to school, gets into trouble, gets out of trouble, then saves the world from Voltdemort.

It was that simple. Effects were good. Story lends itself for the next movie - which made it a predictable ending which I will not reveal either.....

It was also hard to believe that Harry was under 17 in the story. But despite that, I think that Harry Potter fans will love to be back into the world of Wizards and the Hogwarts school. I was happy to be there.

I give it 3 out of 5 stars. It could have been better. Previous Harry Potter movies I give 5 out of 5 stars.
