The TV previews of this film had an intriguing draw; tsunami disaster, and the aftermath of a near-death experience. An emotionally lost child, searching for a connection to his dead twin, and brief glances of a man, played by Matt Damon, who had the "gift" to help them both "see" what they needed.
This film turned into a total disappointment, as what the TV previews offered, were as good as it got. Damon's character was pathetically self-indulgent, spending the entire "plot" feeling sorry for himself for his "curse", and avoiding the only other characters that had potential to move this film to a higher level, worthy of spending over two hours sitting through. The debut of Cecile De France was the only interesting part of this film.
